HOW DO YOU GET BABY INTO THE T-SHAWL?
- Getting your baby into the T-Shawl is very simple. Remember, like a lot of new things- practice makes perfect. Whenever you are using a new product allow yourself time to get used to it. The more you use it the more effortless it will become.
1.Lift the T-shawl up to the breast you wish to nurse from and latch baby.
2. Once your baby is latched- pull the T-Shawl Out, Down and Around. Covering you and baby.
3. Adjust the T-Shawl so you and your little are comfortable.
4. Baby should be comfortably in the Dolman Cut (the largest part) of the T-Shawl.

We Get it. Returns and exchanges happen and we have attempted to make the process simple for you!
• Orders that are returned within 30 days of purchase will be fully refunded.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Unless you received the wrong item or damaged/defective clothing, we ask that you pay the return shipping costs.
A Few simple requests:
– We ask that all clothing be returned in its new original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, brand new and in clean condition.
- All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right not to accept returns that are damaged, stained or smell of perfume/deodorant or laundry detergent.
- We will credit your original method of payment. Allow up to 14 days from the time your return is received for us to process your refund.
- We recommend shipping your return via a trackable method. Without proof of delivery, we cannot assist if a return is lost in route.
- If you wish to exchange an item(s) for a different size or color, we will be happy to send the new item(s) out to you FREE of additional shipping charges, with in the U.S. only.
- You must however, pay to ship the item(s) back to us, we regret that we are not able to refund your original shipping charge.
-If you are requesting an even exchange, we do not price adjust if the current price is now lower than the price originally paid. Please allow up to 7 days from the time your exchanged is received to process and ship out your new item(s). If you need your items sooner please indicate that in your email and we will try our best!
